Cake Mood Beyond is a boutique baking concept and an expression of my enthusiasm for timeless recipes, baking culture and the enjoyment of baking.

My grandfather came from the Black Forest in southern Germany, a region known for Black Forest Cake, and ran his own bakery and pastry shop. Although it no longer exists today, the passion for cakes, tortes and pastries continues to live on in our family.

Every recipe is prepared, tested and photographed by me. They are part of my recipe collection. Black Forest Cake and Apple Cheesecake hold a special place for me and are closely connected to my family’s baking tradition.

I am fascinated by classic creations, their origins and the art of bringing them to life again with care and quality.
