Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on our website and describes the cookie categories we use as well as the consent logic managed via our consent and cookie banner (CookieYes).
1. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies (for example local storage) to store information on your device or to access information stored on your device. Some cookies are technically necessary. Other cookies are used only if you consent. Consent and preferences are managed via our consent and cookie banner (CookieYes). Cookie details (name, storage period, description) are shown in the cookie banner in the cookie list. This Cookie Policy explains categories and purposes without repeating individual cookie names.
2. Cookie categories
2.1 Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies are required for operation, security and basic functionality of the website. This includes in particular storing your cookie choice, storing language selection, basic security functions, and technically required settings for correct content display. In the current configuration, the category “Necessary” shows six cookies. Details (name, storage period, description) are available in the cookie list in the cookie banner.
2.2 Functional cookies
Functional cookies support selected optional convenience features. We would use such technologies only if you actively allow them in the cookie banner. Currently, we do not use functional cookies. In the current configuration, the category “Functional” shows no functional cookies.
2.3 Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the website (for example page views and interactions). Analytics cookies are used only if you explicitly consent in the cookie banner. In the current configuration, the category “Analytics” shows one cookie. The storage period is within a range of up to twenty-four hours. Details (name, storage period, description) are available in the cookie list in the cookie banner. Audience measurement is performed with Koko Analytics and starts only after consent.
2.4 Protection against spam and bots
To protect our contact form from spam and automated submissions, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile is integrated when the contact form is loaded and is used for security and abuse prevention. Turnstile is not used for advertising or profiling purposes. Technical information may be processed for the security check (for example IP address, device and browser information, and request or event data). If cookies or similar technologies are technically required in certain operating modes, they serve security purposes only. Further details are available in our Privacy Policy.
2.5 Amazon affiliate links
Our website contains Amazon affiliate links and product references. When you click an affiliate link, you are redirected to the relevant Amazon website. From that point onwards, Amazon processes data under its own responsibility and may use cookies or similar technologies on the Amazon platform. We receive only aggregated reports and do not receive personal data about individual buyers. Cookie details for cookies set on our website are available in the cookie list in the cookie banner.
3. How to change your cookie settings
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings on our website. You can also delete or block cookies via your browser settings. Please note that disabling necessary cookies may affect the functionality of the website.
